SYNOPSIS:

In this project “MANUAL COIL WINDING MACHINE” main objective is to bring out a machine which can implement the idea of automation in Transformer winding or any type of coil windings.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

In this project we are designed and consist of spur gear for coil winding purpose. In this real time application consider for transformer manufacture process where the winding is important criterion.when the Handle rotating the shaft, this shaft connected to the driven gear. It is Rotating and these gear teeth meshed to the driving gear. This gear connected to the coil winding shaft. Initially the coil rolling the winder it is using for man power then the same rotation speed and direction want to give the handle to the gear arrangement. This is called primary and secondary winding, which are not connected electrically. This is the project is manual coil winding machine.
