AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC SAND FILTERING MACHINE
SYNOPSIS
Pneumatic Sand filtering M/C is device used to Remove Metal chips, Stones. Nails, etc from moulding sand which is used for casting purpose and construction works.
Now a days filtering is done manually which takes much of lice in construction. In order to reduce timing and do the process effectively, we are going to fabricate a Sand filtering M/C which works going pneumatics.
In our project, we are going to design a filtering frame in which we can Change the filter. The plate size as per our requirement. The filter frame. Working by reciprocaring mechanism, which is operated by air.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The main objective of compressor is to produce high pressurized air which is used to activate the cylinder. The air from compressor is pumped with high pressure with the help of motor.
When the solenoid valve is switched On , the shaft moves . This movement is transferred to the drive shaft through Riddle plate. The connecting rod in the shaft.
This connecting rod move the riddle plate straight line motion of the riddle plate the sand in the plate kept on the table. When the connecting rod goes up plate slide also goes up due to the spring tension provided in the plate table. When again comes down and move the plate, The plate will come return to hit sand. The number speed of the connecting shaft is equal to number of stroke of the pneumatic cylinder . The riddle plate movement to plain connecting rod to riddle plate to adjust the compactness of the mould sand .this system operates its air.
